Push Back Rack

request quote Pallet Rack SystemsPush Back pallet racks can replace drive-in type racks because they provide a more flexible system. Instead of driving into the rack, pallets are accessed in the operating aisle. Pallets are placed by forklift on nested carts riding on inclined rails. When loading, each pallet is placed on a cart and pushed back by subsequent pallet loading. When removing pallets, the forklift removes the front pallet, allowing the pallets on carts behind it to roll to the front of rack.

  • Less damage to product and rack than drive-in rack because the forklift does not enter the rack
  • More selectivity than drive-in because each level of lanes is accessible independently (Up to 400% more selectivity than drive-in racks)
  • Existing Drive-in systems can be retro-fitted with Push Back lanes
  • Carts are color coded for easy visual inventory
  • Standard systems are two to six pallets deep
