Pallet Flow Racks

Pallet Flow Storage systems consists of dynamic pallet conveyor lanes supported by a pallet rack. Pallets are placed on the rear of the system (load end) and flow, via gravity, to the front of the system (unload or discharge end). Each flow lane includes speed controllers (brakes) to control the speed of the pallet as it moves forward. As loads are removed, the pallets behind it move safely forward. Since it is a FIFO (first in, first out) system, it is ideally suited for time-sensitive products and superior inventory control.

Pallet Flow Storage systems provide improved through put. Once product is placed in the system it “automatically” moves forward requiring less handling of product.
